    1. How far is the beach from the campsite?
    The campsite Cala Gogo is situated on the verge of the sea. The cove known as "Cala Gogo" is in fact called Can Cristus/ Ses Torretes.
    2. Is Cala Gogo a sandy beach?
Yes.
    3. Is water in the sea clean?
    The cove is regarded as one of the cleanest and most beautiful on the Costa Brava. It has been awarded diverse quality emblems (Q-quality emblem, EMAS, ISO 14001 and the Blue Flag Status)
    4. Do you have to cross the road to get to the beach?
    No. There is a path that goes under the main road. You can either go on foot or take the "GuaGua", the free of charge means of transport within the campsite premises
    5. How far is it to the town?
    Playa de Aro is situated at the distance of 1.5 km, Sant Antoni de Calonge at 3km and Palamós at 5km. 
    6. Is there a swimming pool on the campsite? 

    Yes, there are two swimming pools (approx. 25 m in length and 12 m in width) and one swimming pool for children. In low season two swimming pools are heated by solar energy . 
    7. What can children do on the campsite?

    There is an animation team who run the mini club and organise sports activities and games. There also are night shows (until 11:45 p.m.). You can consult the programme of events in the reception and in various spots on the campsite.
    8. What age group are the animation activities aimed at? 

    The mini club activities are designed for children aged 4 to 12. Teenagers can partake in sports competitions or sports activities on the campsite premises (tennis, kayaks, basketball, football-5, table tennis, volleyball, beach volley).
    9. Can I pay by credit card? 

    Yes. VISA or MASTERCARD are accepted in the reception, super market and the bar-restaurant at the swimming pool.
    10. Is there WI FI internet access on the site?

    Yes. Free of charge!!! There are three WI-FI access points: in the reception, at center (Pool, Bar-Restaurant and around it) and in the beach bar area. The only thing you have to do is to open your laptop or PDA, detect the signal and get connected to internet. Without further ado! There also are coin operated computers with internet access. 
    11. Is the campsite situated in a mountainous area?

    Yes, quite so. There are slopes and terraces. The heights extend from 0m above sea level on the beach to 70m above sea level in the area of street 800. The access for cars and caravans is not impeded, though.
    12. Is making BBQ allowed on the campsite?

    Yes, you are to enquire about the fire precautions regarding making BBQ in the reception. Only gas and charcoal BBQs can be used. 
    13. Is there a disco on the campsite? 

    No. The night silence after midnight is to be respected therefore no music is allowed. Nevertheless, there is a variety of good discos in Playa de Aro. 
    14. Can I rent a bike on the campsite?

    Yes, we offer bike rentals at attractive prices 
    15. Is there access to water on the plots? 

    All caravan and motor home plots have access to water at the plot. A number of plots have also connection to waste pipes. 
    16. How many amperes are available on the plots? 

    10 Amps.
    17. Are dogs allowed on the site? 

    Campers are allowed to bring dogs only in low season. Nevertheless, in case of stays in Mobile homes, Bungalows or Trigano tents, dogs are not allowed throughout the whole season.
    18. Is there a TV in the accommodations? 

    No, there are neither TVs nor antennas.
    19. Do I have to bring bed linen for my stay in a Mobile home or Bungalow?

    No, there is bed linen in all Bungalows and Mobile homes. There are no towels, though.

    The conditions of the contract for the pitches MySpace Camping:
    1 It is personal and non-transferable. It is regarded as binding once the 1st payment is received. No change in the dates nor the people will be allowed unless prior authorization of Cala Gogo..

    2 The pitches for a caravan, motor-home or a trailer tent (not valid for tents) will be available for the customer from 1 p.m. on the agreed arrival's date. The customer has to leave the pitch by 12 midday on the agreed day of departure. In the event that the customer arrives later than the agreed arrival's date or leaves the site earlier than the agreed departure's date, the total for the entire stay will not be modified.

    3 The minimum stay will be of 10 nights in high season and 5 nights in low season..

    4 In order to confirm the acceptance if the contract the customer has to make a payment of 300€ by bank transfer or credit card after having received the instructions. The outstanding balance for the planned stay has to be sent by bank transfer at least 15 days before the due arrival. Not issuing the 2nd payment will imply the cancellation of the contract and therefore the customer loses the right to occupy the requested pitch 

    5 Cancellations: all cancellations have to be made in writing no less than 15 days before the due arrival date are entitled to a refund of 50% of the payment made in advance. All cancellations made less than 15 days before the agreed arrival day has no right to refund.

    6 Any customer who does not arrive by 12 midday of the day following the due arrival date loses the right to occupy the pitch. Cala Gogo reserves the right to rent this pitch unless the customer informs the reception about the delay. In such a case the booking will remain valid..

    7 The administrative costs for the MySpace Camping pitch are 3.00 € a day (1.00€ until 1st July and from 1st September). Cala Gogo guarantees the customer the right to occupy the requested pitch during his/ her stay as indicated in the contract except for unforeseen circumstances. In this case there will be a refund of the administrative costs for the MySpace Camping pitch.
